Priority - a measure of the importance of the request in EddyDesk. Depending on the selected value of the field there is a calculation of task performance time, which is a fundamental criterion of the effectiveness of the client service.

When setting up the system, the administrator can add the some special subjects to determine which of the users' requests should be considered in the first place. Three priorities are set by default:

  • Standard;
  • Medium;
  • Urgent.

You can change or set the value of the field either manually or by using the features of the automation module.
