The request card displays full information: status, assignee, the initial request and the replays to it. Advanced features are also available, for example:
- adding a reply or internal note;
- audit;
- the time spent;
- files and equipment ued;
- control;
- changing the information in the request with the help of required and custom fields.
The card is designed to be as simple and uncluttered as possible so it will be easy to navigate and take actions.
