Customer support should be carried on even when you leave your workplace. To ensure it, we have created a HelpDeskEddy application for Android and iOS. Comparing to the full version of the HelpDesk/ServiceDesk system, the mobile application doesn’t have such a wide range of functions, but it still helps to provide remote customer support. Wherever you are, you will always stay informed about customer requests and you will get a possibility to work with them. Also you can run the application in the background and it will always send you notifications about important events related to the tickets.
