There is implemented integration to use WhatsApp messgenger in EddyDesk. You can add an account and receive and process questions from private chats or from groups you are a member of. Messages are received in EddyDesk in real time. In the interface a request looks like a normal appeal, while maintaining all the functionality available to the agent.
Also, for each messenger requestor, a contact card with the corresponding customer ID will be created.
