The following notifications are enabled by default in the HelpDesk system:
- request creation;
- request creation on behalf of the end user;
- new reply;
- new reply for assignee;
- mention of the user in the request;
- request execution time exceeded [SLA];
- user registration;
- password reset.
If necessary, it is possible to create your own notifications, depending on events with requests (own notifications are created using the Dispatcher).
