The following notifications are enabled by default in the HelpDesk system:

  • request creation;
  • request creation on behalf of the end user;
  • new reply;
  • new reply for assignee;
  • mention of the user in the request;
  • request execution time exceeded [SLA];
  • user registration;
  • password reset.


If necessary, it is possible to create your own notifications, depending on events with requests (own notifications are created using the Dispatcher).
