The following notifications are embedded in HelpDesk system by default:
- User registration;
- A new user has been created automatically;
- Notification to an agent that a new ticket has been created;
- Notification to an agent that a new comment on the ticket has been submitted;
- The ticket has been solved;
- Request to rate the quality after the ticket has been closed;
- Password reset.
Also, you can create your own notifications depending on operations with tickets (use HelpDesk Management System).
