There are end user companies for grouping clients and generating reports in EddyDesk.

Each company has its own card:

  • where you can view the history of requests;
  • specify the domain by which the system automatically assigns the contacted user to the company;
  • to set time for execution of requests for a month;
  • it is possible to change/add contact details and additional information;
  • mark managers.

The selected user will be able to see not only their requests, but also their employees and colleagues.
