In addition to the default fields, you can add additional fields when working with the requests. EddyDesk has different types of custom fields:

  • drop-down list with a tree structure;
  • checkbox to enter information according to a predefined template;
  • button that causes a selected action hen clicked (may be configured in the automation module);
  • and others.

Also it is possible to set the order of appearance of cells in the request work panel depending on the value selection, which will reduce the time for the operator to process the user's request and increase the quality of customer service.
