Due to the HelpDesk integration with AmoCRM, customer support agents will have access to the customer’s information (deals, tasks, current activity), which is available in the CRM system. Also all contacts will be synchronized. Integration works in both directions from HelpDesEddy to AMOcrm and vice versa.
