Official Instagram integration with HelpDeskEddy (09.16.2021)

Dear friends, we are in a hurry to share great news: the system has the long-awaited official integration with Instagram!

It means that now you can be even closer to your clients and you won't lose a single message from Instagram users, which come in the form of a personal direct message, comment under the post or in stories and mentions in them - all this will be displayed in HelpDeskEddy as requests, which operators will be able to process.

Combined with all the other social networks and messengers channels you can connect to HelpDeskEddy, you will be able to handle all the users' requests from the same system without switching between tabs.

We also remind you that just like with the other communication channels you can use the automation tools (dispatcher) for processing the requests from Instagram: automatic replies with greetings, request for service quality evaluation and many others.
