As you know (and noticed) we updated the mobile application in the background (without updating it in the app store itself): we added a Knowledge Base and other useful options. But the existing application had a significant drawback: PUSH notifications didn't work correctly, so there was a great chance of losing the ticket and not responding to the client in time.
We tell you about great news: we have completely redesigned the ticket itself and updated it in the app stores (for both, Android and iOS)! Now PUSH notifications work stably, the following types of notifications have been created:
- If the ticket was created by you, as a client (especially important when the client uses the application);
- If a new answer has been sent to the ticket where you are the responsible party;
- If you are added as owner(responsible party) to the ticket;
- If you received a new comment in the ticket, where you are an owner.
To date there is no PUSH notification about all new tickets in the system, since many of our clients have thousands of tickets per hour.
In addition to PUSH notifications, we have completely redesigned the mobile interface of the application itself. Now it follows the general style, the ticket filters are similar to the usual version. We have realized all the main features for comfortable and maximum full-fledged work with your clients' requests.

Many of you use our software solution. Updates for the software are released every 3-4 months and are available automatically from the interface. Accordingly, the software version is always slightly behind the SaaS version, but it is always the most stable and mature one. Therefore, the mobile application doesn't work with old versions of HelpDeskEddy. Please wait for the update for your platform in order to use the updated mobile application!
