Scripts for working with individual fields in the HelpDesk system (06.18.2020)

As promised, together with the new system interface, we are introducing new, efficient work tools. In this release, we will talk about managing individual fields.

1. We have completely redesigned the interface for working with individual fields. It has become more visual and convenient. At the same time, improvements to the fields themselves will soon appear.

2. There is a new, powerful tool for managing field dependencies. Previously, we had a “dependent fields” type field, which could be used to build a convenient classification of fields. This type field is still relevant, as well as access to field groups depending on the department. But often there were situations, when there were many fields within one department, which needed to be filled only if the question is on a certain topic. Now this question is solved by scripts.
