Today's news is especially important for us, and we really hope that you will appreciate the update. We are pleased to present you the largest system update in our history!
Yes, our product is 7 years old and it is impossible to keep up with the times without the use of modern technology, and in the same time, we still preserve our ideology: wide functionality, convenience, simplicity and speed.
The update has touched the entire interface: both the general list of tickets and their contents - as you have probably already noticed, the menu has moved to the left side of the screen, so there is even more space, and now you can see even more useful information for convenient handling of tickets. The data is dynamically updated, there are additional tabs, similar to those in the browser, allow you to quickly switch between tickets in the system, as well as notify of any changes within the ticket. In addition to external improvements, the edits have also affected the technical part, invisible to users, but greatly improving the speed of data processing on the page. And all of this is only a small part of the improvements...

Switching to a new platform will allow us to release even more interesting functionality, thus expanding the system's capabilities.
