HelpDeskEddy provides a range of system fields. It is also possible to create custom fields of the following types:

  • multi-line text;
  • text;
  • drop-down list;
  • checkbox;
  • date;
  • numeric.

The system provides a lot of possibilities to control access rights to the ticket fields. Besides, you can also create different groups of fields for each department (depending on the peculiarities of its activity). These fields can be used in the reporting and tickets filtering.
