For WhatsApp messenger users, we implemented integration for the appropriate channel!

You can connect your WhatsApp account to HelpDeskEddy, receive and process appeals from private messages or groups in which you are a member. Messages will be sent to the HelpDeskEddy system in real time. In the interface, this appeal will look like a regular ticket and all the functionality will be present.

Also, for each user who writes a message using this channel, a contact card will be created with the appropriate client id from WhatsApp.
