The following notifications are embedded in HelpDesk system by default:

  • User registration;
  • A new user has been created automatically;
  • Notification to an agent that a new ticket has been created;
  • Notification to an agent that a new comment on the ticket has been submitted;
  • The ticket has been solved;
  • Request to rate the quality after the ticket has been closed;
  • Password reset.

Also, you can create your own notifications depending on operations with tickets (use HelpDesk Management System).
