Today you can link one or several VK groups to your HelpDeskEddy system and receive messages from clients via private chats, posts and comments.

The system will receive these messages as tickets with information on their origin. In this way the system processes the information and allows to easily communicate with the user. Every client who uses VK will be profiled and stored by his VK ID.
